Holt Supply Launches New Online Product Catalog Website And Integrates SPEX Builder For Greater Sales Efficiencies

PLYMOUTH MEETING, PA, January 17, 2019 – Holt Supply has kicked off 2019 in a big way by partnering with Bravo Business Media to relaunch their showroom website, holtsupply.com. This signals Holt Supply’s renewed commitment and strategy to support its decorative products business category. The site is powered by MyPlumbingShowroom.com and includes the popular SPEX Builder features from Bravo.

The customized website and online showroom has been designed to function as an end-to-end customer resource, presentation and quotation tool for Holt Supply sales associates, along with much more. Bravo maintains the data on Holt’s complete product offering on a timely basis, bringing greater efficiencies to the company’s sales efforts. MyPlumbingShowroom.com provides full digital and mobile access to the highest-quality content and best user experience available for independent plumbing showroom customers like Holt Supply. The new Holt site features an enhanced rendering of product information across all platforms and devices, with optimized search and selection functions.

“We’re excited to have Holt Supply back as a customer again,” commented Ace Rosenstein, Bravo Business Media’s President and CEO. “Holt was an early supporter of the MyPlumbingShowroom.com platform at a time when showroom technology was still emerging, and subsequently cancelled the service several years ago. Having them return to our partnership gives us the confidence that we’re offering the best solution to decorative showrooms, and it also validates our consistent 97% customer retention rate. We’re delighted to welcome the Holt family and team back as a Bravo Business Media customer.”

“It was a difficult decision to cancel our agreement with Bravo years ago as it had nothing to do with anything their service did or didn’t provide,” noted Andy Holt, CEO of Holt Supply Company. “I believe we were a little ahead of ourselves by engaging so early on, but I could see what Bravo was offering and wanted to be an early adopter. When cancelling, Ace and I talked about the high likelihood our companies would work together in the future. This time, my wife, Jean, was able to hone in on the project, along with Angela Rieken, Holt Supply’s Marketing Manager. We worked diligently and persistently with the Bravo team to bring this to fruition. MyPlumbingShowroom.com’s newest version has
brought us more tools, enhanced features, increased efficiencies and our showroom team is excited to utilize their SPEX Builder tools to its greatest extent. The process we went through this time was the same as our initial launch years ago, and that’s a significant piece to consider. Bravo really knows our business, our industry, and how to execute projects, holding clients accountable to meeting deadlines in order to keep the project on time.”

As Showroom Experience Director Jean Holt described, the new site will include a very user-friendly online catalog that gives customers online and in store new tools to access the best selections of decorative bath and kitchen products, fixtures, hardware, lighting, mirrors,
accessories and cabinetry.

“We are so pleased with the efforts of the team at Bravo to develop and implement our new site,” she said. “It is incredibly easy to navigate for our staff and customers, and has such great functionality for them to build ‘wish lists’ and ideas for any new project. The site is filled with beautiful pictures, pricing and information that allow customers to browse at their leisure. It makes the entire shopping process more
efficient, and keeps customers on our website, rather than being directed to multiple other sites when looking at various lines. We are excited today as we launch our new showroom site, but know our work is not done, as we’ll continue to refine this platform to make it even more powerful for our showroom staff and customers.”

Originally headquartered in Galesburg, Ill., Holt Supply is a second-generation family owned business with six locations throughout Illinois, Iowa and South Dakota. Andy and Jean’s two sons are now working in the company providing third-generation succession. “Having our sons
in the company, while my father is alive and well, has been a real blessing. They have been close with their grandfather all their lives, and know from his lessons and stories the struggles and pains he and my mother endured when starting our family business,” commented Andy Holt.
